Nutter signs ban the box legislation into law
Flanked by City Council members Donna Reed Miller, Jannie Blackwell, Wilson Good Jr. and Darrell Clarke, Mayor Michael Nutter this morning will sign into law a piece of legislation that will prohibit employers from including on applications a checkbox asking applicants about their criminal records.
Under the law, that question will be saved for subsequent interviews. Tom will have the full story later today.
