Nutter, Fattah, Brady participate in Bike to Work Day

If you work in or near City Hall, start your Friday with a bike ride alongside Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter and Congressmen Chaka Fattah and Bob Brady. All three are participating in Bike to Work Day.

Organized by the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia as part of National Bike Month, participants should gather at the Art Museum steps at 8 a.m. The ride begins at 8:30, and is led by police down the Ben Franklin Parkway to Thomas Paine Plaza across from City Hall.

Nutter will make some remarks following the ride. He’s an old pro by now, since this is his fourth year participating.
