NRC approves cyber security plans at Oyster Creek, Limerick nuke plants

    The region’s nuclear plants are prepared to prevent a cyber attack, according to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

    Oyster Creek and Limerick have gotten approval from the NRC for they cyber-security plans.

    The nation’s plants submitted their plans back in 2009 for the NRC to review and determine if the plants were protecting their information, digital equipment and security networks. Revised plans were submitted last summer for approval.
