No deal

    Teachers in the Hatboro-Horsham School District have reportedly rejected a four year contract offer from the administration, which would have given them salary increases each year.  The two sides had been negotiating for nearly two years.  That may seem like a long time, and it is, but these kinds of long term negotiations have become the norm.
