N.J. moves closer to approving redistricting plan

    Pennsylvania has one. New Jersey will soon, too.

    We’re not talking cell phone bans or coal-fired plant emissions limits. Right now, it’s about Congressional redistricting.
    New Jersey needs a new map and a tiebreaker vote due today has Democrats and Republican crossing their fingers that their respective maps get the winning vote.
