Most NJ Transit buses back in service

Most New Jersey Transit buses returned to the roads Thursday for the first time since Sandy hit the state.

They’re picking up passengers on 80 percent of all bus routesm but unlike the MTA in New York City, NJ Transit passengers will have to pay.

Passengers should expect delays and detours.
