New York Times’ magazine comes back to Philly for more beer

    In the second half of its profile on Philadelphia’s beer scene, New York Times’ T magazine hit the bars of Fishtown to spotlight our local beers and the places that serve them.

    Part two reads similarly to the review of Northern Liberties, with Stephen Starr’s new Frankford Hall getting props for serving local beers alongside imported brews.

    Kraftwork, Fathom, Memphis Taproom and Johnny Brenda’s also got nods. A couple food dishes are mentioned, but the focus in this profile is beer-heavy.
