New Washington Square restaurant named one of nation’s best

Bon Appetit has some high praise for a Washington Square West restaurant, which probably won’t make getting a reservation any easier.

Talula’s Garden has been named the sixth-best new restaurant in the entire country, as Foobooz pointed out, for its “ultra-fresh ingredients in flavorful, straightforward dishes.”

The restaurant stems from owner Aimee Olexy’s Talula’s Table in Kennett Square, which Bon Apetit calls the “hardest reservation in America.” The Philadelphia restaurant’s braised rabbit, soft-shell crab and golden potato gnocchi are noted dishes.
