New Jersey Dept. of Agriculture seeks shelters for large animals during evacuations

When large animals, such as livestock, need to be evacuated during an emergency, where do they go?

Officials with the New Jersey Department of Agriculture are trying to find the answer to that question.

According to a story in Today’s Sunbeam, state officials are asking anyone who has the resources to accommodate large animals to fill out a form and return it to the state.
