New Jersey bill would protect farm equipment under lemon law

    A bill passed by the New Jersey Assembly Consumer Affairs Committee aims to protect farm equipment under the state’s lemon law. The Gloucester County Times reports Democratic Assemblymen John Burzichelli of Paulsboro and Celeste Riley of Bridgeton sponsored the bill, which would protect new motor vehicle farm equipment purchased or leased in the state.
