New duck boat plan includes safey measures, puts ducks back in Delaware
They won’t be on the Schuylkill, but the duck boats may make a return to the Delaware if Mayor Michael Nutter approve of new safety plans.
As Lizz Fiedler reports, Ride the Ducks has submitted new plans to the city for Delaware River tours that are shorter and include a response boat should an emergency arise.
