Motorcycle accident sends 2 pedestrians to hospital

    A motorcycle accident in Newtonville, New Jersey last night ended up sending two pedestrians and the biker to the hospital.

    The accident happened just before midnight on Route 54 near Jackson Road in Atlantic County.

    WPVI-TV reports two people who were walking by a motorcycle that had just crashed were struck by a passing vehicle.

    One man was taken to a nearby hospital and was treated and released, while a woman was rushed to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in critical condition.

    The motorcyclist suffered minor injuries and was treated and released from a local hospital.
