Motor vehicle citations for drivers in fatal N.J. school bus crash

    The drivers involved in the fatal Feb. 16  school bus crash in Chesterfield, N.J., have been issued motor vehicle citations.

    No criminal charges have been filed, the Associated Press reports, but the company that owns the dump truck involved in the crash has also been issued citations.

    Eleven-year-old Isabelle Teszla died in the crash, and her two triplet sisters and another student were critically injured. The investigation remains open.
