More cocktail servers file discrimination suit against Resorts Casino Hotel

Exactly two months after fired cocktail servers at Atlantic City’s Resorts Casino Hotel filed a discrimination suit, more are doing the same.

The latest suit claims the establishment fired the cocktail waitresses because they were deemed “insufficiently sexy” to wear new ’20s-theme uniforms.

Resorts co-owner Dennis Gomes has called the first suit “firvolous,” according the Associated Press, but the casino has not commented on the latest suit. The Roaring ’20s theme debuted this weeked.
