More charges filed in Tacony kidnapping case

    Charges have been filed against an additional suspect in the weekend discovery of four mentally disabled adults in a Tacony basement.

    The District Attorney’s Office has charged 32-year-old Jean McIntosh with kidnapping, conspiracy, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, aggravated assault, simple assault, burglary, trespassing and related charges.

    “McIntosh is the adult daughter of 51-year-old Linda Ann Weston and she is accused as a co-conspirator in the kidnapping and imprisonment of the four individuals who were found in the basement of a Tacony apartment building on Saturday,” th D.A.’s office explains.

    McIntosh is expected to be arraigned sometime today.
