The beloved musical classic “Grease” will screen July 12 for the Moonlight Movies in Mt. Airy series. The film begins at 8:30 pm at the Lovett Library Park. (Rain location is Mt. Airy Presbyterian Church, 13 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave.) In “Grease,” good girl Sandy and greaser Danny fell in love over the summer. But when they unexpectedly discover they’re now in the same high school, will they be able to rekindle their romance? It stars John Travolta, Olivia Newton-John, and Stockard Channing and is rated PG-13. Running Time is 110 minutes. Bring a blanket or chairs (and bug spray). We reccommend you arrive early to claim your spot on the lawn.
