Money’s OK

    The Salvation Army wants you to know it’s happy to accept your monetary donations. After reports circulated yesterday that money was not being collected for the victims of Monday’s fire in West Philly, the Salvation Army has set the record straight.
    After so many people donated blankets, food and other goods, both the American Red Cross and Salvation Army say what they really need now is money to continue with the fire relief efforts. Blankets and other items are no longer being accepted.
