Meet the candidates: upcoming appearances
The next upcoming City Council events for Northeast candidates are this week. The 6th District candidates will be available for conversation tonight, and will participate in a debate Thursday.
Tuesday: Tonight at the Grey Lodge Pub, Democratic candidates Bobby Henon and Marty Bednarek will be on hand for informal meet-and-greets at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. respectively. Republican candidate Sandy Stewart will do the same May 6 during Grey Lodge’s at-large candidates night.
Thursday: The Committee of Seventy will host its district debate Thursday night, 7 p.m. at the Tacony Library, 6742 Torresdale Ave.
