Thirteen-year-old Devon Loewendick of Cumberland, Maryland, bested 14-year-old Luke Gaffigan of Frederick, Maryland, to win the boys’ division.

The champion mibsters received trophies and $2,000 college scholarships.

And by tradition, Devon and Emily had to share a kiss on the cheek.
