As more and more Americans realize there is no reason to fear marriage equality, and more and more judges fail to find any constitutional justification to ban it, the latest domino to fall in battle for gay rights is the ultraconservative state of Texas. This battle isn’t over, but it’s certainly time to order the champaign.
