Market Street clogged with emergency vehicles, office workers

Update: Turns out all the commotion was a false alarm. Traffic got ugly for a while, but crews were packing up by 9 a.m.

Original report: There is “unidentified chaos” on Market Street this morning. Radio Times producer Patty Leswing tells us Market between Seventh and Ninth is clogged with emergency vehicles and some well-dressed folks who look like they’ve been pulled from their office buildings.

Fire trucks are on the scene and have attached their hoses to the hydrants. We’ll see what’s happening.
