Marathon Farm ready for first harvest

    Not two months after the first seeds were planted at the Marathon Farm, the crop is ready for harvesting. The farm, housed on a neglected lot in Brewerytown, will server nearby neighbors and its underwriter, the Marathon Grill.

    Marathon owner Cary Borish and farm engineer Mike Parcel picked radishes yesterday, and will do the main harvest Monday, The Insider reports.
