Man shot twice in Germantown, survives

A 26-year-old man was shot twice in the torso near Manheim and Greene streets on Sunday night.

Police said there have been no arrests in the aggravated-assault case, which occurred around 10:30 p.m.

The victim, whose name was not released, was listed in stable condition at Albert Einstein Medical Center on Tuesday.
