Man gets $482 million in stent suit against Johnson & Johnson

    Philadelphia-area Doctor Bruce Saffran will receive a $482 million settlement from Johnson & Johnson for patent infringement. A Texas court ruled Friday J&J willingly used a heart stent model Saffran developed, which releases medicine directly into the body.
