Lower Merion School District considers providing home Internet access to students

It’s all well and good that the Lower Merion School District provides its students with laptops. But not all students have Internet access at home to use them. The district said it’s considering Internet access options.

Though he didn’t get specific, George Frazier, director of Information Systems for the school district, said at a recent board meeting the district is looking at a couple different ways it could provide students with home Internet access.

The Main Line Times has video from the meeting.
