Lower Merion Police hosting sobriety checkpoints this weekend

    Be on alert driving through Lower Merion this weekend, and be on your best behavior beforehand.The police department is setting up DUI checkpoints to prevent drunken driving, and officers will be out patrolling for the same thing, as Bala Cynwyd Patch reports.This weekend’s patrols are rescheduled from the initial checkpoint dates in June, which were rained out.
