Look out for a South Philly chef on the season premier of Hell’s Kitchen

When this season of Hell’s Kitchen premiers tomorrow, Philadelphia’s own chef Christina Wilson will join Gordon Ramsay in the kitchen.

The local chef told Philly.com’s Dan Gross about her time on the show.

“I cried myself to sleep on more than one night,” she said.

Wilson is a South Philly resident, a Temple grad, and a Philippsburg, N.J. native. She has cooked at Carmine’s Creole in Havertown, and Lolita and Mercato in Center City. She’s currently doing private chef jobs in and around town.
