Light bulb regulation creates demand for bright incandescents

    Should the government be regulating light bulbs? Jacob Sullum says no. Sullum, senior editor at Reason Magazine, talks with Radio Times host Marty Moss-Coane about energy efficiency standards that will make 100-watt incandescent bulbs obsolete.

    Russ Leslie, associate director of the Lighting Research Center at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, will talk about alternative lighting options like halogen and compact fluorescent LEDs.
