The Delaware County Times reports Chester Councilwoman Marrea Walker-Smith was threatened in a letter and did not appear at a recent council session. The Republican was reportedly threatened with ‘consequences’ by someone who didn’t sign their name if she voted with council Democrats on Chester Water Authority Board appointments.
