On Oct. 24, the Mt. Airy Learning Tree (MALT) will be hosting a special class entitled “Pitching News and the Art of Storytelling,” from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
NewsWorks’ community news editor Megan Pinto and community media editor Jeanette Woods will be leading the class, which is designed for media professionals who want to improve their skills and newcomers who are entering the field.
