The judge was prepare to grant that request, but as the Main Line Times reports, that didn’t really matter. Paige Robbins has withdrawn her suit.
Robbins’ suit came a year after her brother, Blake Robbins, settled a similar suit with the Lower Merion School District. He was one of a handful of students who alleged the school-issued laptop he took home took photos of him in the house as part of the device’s tracking mechanism.

Paige Robbins was denied her request to issue a statement in court.
