All parties were due in court today for a judge’s decision on whether Mary Elizabeth Bogan could end her role as attorney for the Harriton High School student suing the school for alleged webcam spying.

The judge was prepare to grant that request, but as the Main Line Times reports, that didn’t really matter. Paige Robbins has withdrawn her suit.
Robbins’ suit came a year after her brother, Blake Robbins, settled a similar suit with the Lower Merion School District. He was one of a handful of students who alleged the school-issued laptop he took home took photos of him in the house as part of the device’s tracking mechanism.

Paige Robbins was denied her request to issue a statement in court.
