L&I gets a budget hearing, Temple students dress windows for birds

    Good morning, Feeders!

Today in City Council, the Planning, Zoning and Historical commissions have budget hearings. So does the Department of Licenses & Inspections. Tom MacDonald will have the details.
Lizz Fiedler will look into the free online classes many universities offer. How do students feel about their colleges offering classes to others for free?

Peter Crimmins is working on a story for Monday, but first he’ll check in with Temple University, where students are trying to prevent bird deaths by dressing up campus windows.

Carolyn Beeler is heading to Bryn Mawr for a fracking protest, which will be followed by a vigil tonight.
