Krispy Kreme comes to Center City with health food line

Our mouths are watering. Not because it’s lunchtime. Because the date has been set for Krispy Kreme’s grand opening in Center City. You can be munching on doughnuts street side in less than a month.

The big day is May 4. With one location in Fox Chase, this is the second in the franchise’s return to Philadelphia, and there’s more than just doughnuts coming.

The 16th and Chestnut store will be the first to offer bagels, muffins and cinnamon rolls, uwishunu reports, and will also offer it’s “KK For You” line of products that have fewer than 350 calories and 9 grams of fat per serving.
