Kimmel Center debuts remade rooftop garden, Nutter gets national spotlight at DNC

    Fresh from the holiday weekend, we’re jumping into the DNC. As local delegates gear up for the convention, Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter will be in the national spotlight, prompting Dave Davies to ask the question: just how big is Nutter, nationally speaking?
