Judge says not enough proof to pursue intimidation charges against Carl Greene

Intimidation charges filed against former Philadelphia Housing Authority Director Carl Green have been dismissed, with U.S. District Judge Cynthia M. Rufe ruling former PHA senior management specialist Moneke Thomas did not present enough facts to make her case.

Thomas alleged after she accused Greene of sexual harassment he and other PHA employees retaliated by vandalizing her home and car and preventing her from getting another job.

This dismissal, as the Inquirer notes, is the fifth in the 10 legal actions filed against Greene since he was fired last fall.
