Kent Sussex Industries helps nearly 300 people with disabilities work each day. Many are bussed to KSI’s Milford facility where they perform a number of duties, like re-manufacturing toner cartridges and packaging phone books. Craig Crouch is the non-profit’s CEO.

Crouch: It helps people have an identity, have a more full life. It helps establish relationships with other people.

Those who run KSI say that’s a major goal here: giving those who have not been able to work otherwise independence.
