Jack-knifed truck closes northbound I-95 in Philly

    A major traffic headache this morning: A jack-knifed tractor-trailer is blocking the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 in northeast Philadelphia.

     

    Officials say the crash happened around 4 a.m. Wednesday between Academy Road and Cottman Avenue, spilling fuel on the highway.

    It wasn’t immediately clear what caused the accident.
