Indecent exposure reported in Mt. Airy

On Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. a 24-year-old woman was walking near Phil Ellena and Crittenden streets in Mt. Airy when she spotted a male sitting in a vehicle with his genitals exposed. 

The offender is described as an unshaven black male in his late 20s to early 30s with short, scruffy hair. He was seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. The car is described as old and white in color.
