History of chocolate at the Betsy Ross House

The history of chocolate is an interesting story that is better told in the form of a demonstration.

The Betsy Ross House is hosting a demonstration of colonial chocolate making, which includes a tasting.

According to organizers of the event, the rebellion against tea and many other things British led to chocolate finding its way into many recipes.

The event begins today and runs through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
