Help sought to ID Delaware indecent exposure suspect

The unknown African American male is accused of showing his private parts to a person with a developmental disability at Delaware Park Raceway & Casino.
Police with the Delaware Division of Gaming Enforcement said the 21-year-old victim was in a casino bathroom at the time. The incident took place almost two weeks ago.
Investigators are asking for the public’s help identifying the suspect, who’s believed to stand anywhere from 5’8″-6’2″ inches tall and weigh between 220 and 260 pounds.
