    As a reward for enrolling more children in government health programs, New Jersey has received an $8.8 federal “performance bonus.” New Jersey is among 15 states in the nation who’ve enrolled an increasing number of children in Medicaid, the Associated Press reports, making it easier for the families to get health coverage.
