Headhouse Square to get a mural, more details coming on Penn State football charges

    Ahead of tomorrow’s election, we’ll take a look at historic voter turnouts in Philadelphia and some of the city’s big (but often overlooked) races.

    Tom MacDonald will work those angles, while looking into the Pennsauken Mart, which may soon be home to residential units.

    TEDxPhilly begins tomorrow, and there are some local hands leading discussions. Carolyn Beeler is tracking down two conference presenters to learn more about how Philadelphia is contributing to this year’s “The City” theme.
