Hands on the wheel, please

This week around Delaware a major crackdown began, hoping to break the habit of any motorist who still talks on his or her cell phone while driving.  First went out with police who ticketed nearly a half dozen people within a short period of time on the road during the first wave of “Phone in one hand, ticket in the other.”
