Groundbreaking set for new GSA building in Philadelphia

    Officials are set to hold a groundbreaking event for an office building in West Philadelphia that will house the General Services Administration.

    The Philadelphia Business Journal reports the groundbreaking for University Place 2.0 will be held Monday.

    According to the report, the new $30 million office building will be located at 30 N. 41st Street.

    The 97,000-square-foot building is designed to be LEED platinum.
