Gosnell says he’s not guilty of federal drug charges

Kermit Gosnell says he’s not guilty of using his office as a pill mill. He entered his official plea today on federal drug charges.

The Daily News reports Gosnell is in custody and no trial date has been set on charges that he illegally sold prescriptions  for pain medications between 2008 and January 2010. An investigation into those accusations led authorities to uncover conditions at Gosnell’s West Philadelphia abortion clinic that resulted in murder charges.
