Add Google to the list of companies helping keep electric cars charged. No, the company hasn’t developed a new energy source (though we wouldn’t be surprised). But, you can now find a nearby charging station using Google Maps.

Just search Google Maps for the stations and plan your trip accordingly. The results are based on the 600 stations nationwide recognized by the U.S. Department of Energy National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
