Going to bat against child abuse

Advocates for children go to bat against abuse with the Blue Rocks at Frawley Stadium.

Tonight’s game will double as a community awareness event for baseball fans to learn how to recognize the signs of child abuse and neglect.  There were more than 11,000 reports of child abuse and neglect in Delaware last year, according to the state Division of Family Services.
