Germantown pastor celebrates 20 years at Mt. Zion

The pastor of Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Germantown, Rev. Dr. Bruce N. Alick, is celebrating 20 years in the community.

In honor of his service, the congregation will gather this Saturday for a celebration featuring a presentation from the Men In Christ Steppers, a Motown Revue performance group and a video montage of Rev. Alick’s ministerial life.

Rev. Alick began serving as pastor of the historic Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Germantown in 1992, has received numerous awards and serves as the director of Christian Education for the Pennsylvania Baptist State Convention.

The celebration will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Hilton Hotel on City Avenue, located at 4200 City Ave.
