Garden State transportation brass announce ‘Year of the Customer’

A statewide transportation meeting in Atlantic City was the occasion for New Jersey’s top transit officials to salute you, the customer.

The attention will continue all year with their declaration that taxpayers and customers will be elevated to the top tier of a sort of transit pyramid, nj.com reports. Employees and elected officials will be in the middle and top brass will be at the bottom.

And since it’s your year, customer, you’ll get to rate the service with a scorecard starting in July.

    Imagine those trains of thought.
