From hats to horses Delaware gets the Point (to Point)

There were reality stars at the 2012 Point to Point, but to be sure it was the hats and the horses that stole the show.

Attendance was up slightly from 2011.  The tail gate crowds were better behaved than those from 2010.  The grey skies did nothing to dampen the enthusiasm of those who came to see the event on grounds of Winterthur Mansion and Gardens.

For those who like horses there were plenty.  There were several races.  Some were as long as 3 1/4miles giving everyone on the grounds a chance to see some action.  Then there were those hats. Always a good show.
